Albert Reinholdt invites the audience into a unique concert format where music and knitting inspire one another. Together with his band of award-winning musicians, he performs original compositions and shares the stories and ideas that have shaped them – from the very first stitches to fully formed musical structures.

Along the way, Albert showcases his hand-knitted designs and draws parallels between the rhythm of the yarn and the flow of the music. With a line-up featuring violin, trombone, piano, double bass and drums, the music moves between jazz, Nordic sounds and improvisation. The inspirations range from Weather Report and Joni Mitchell to Cannonball Adderley.
